The women behind Butcher Salt have been working with clients and serving guests for over 30 years and have put together a unique brand of hospitality with amazing food.
Our catering division includes a variety of menus with our guest's favorite appetizers, grazing tables, plated or buffet dinners, drinks, desserts and everything in-between. Thyme, our mobile bar, easily compliments boho decor, black tie sleek and rustic barn weddings amongst many other styles. Thyme can help put community into your corporate events and be a spot to gather as you celebrate life. With a look that is perfect as is, know that if you want to dress Thyme up we are happy to work with your designer to ensure our mobile bar blends to your event. We have liquor packages for every budget, from a full or cash bar to a combination of the two.
Our food truck Rosie, offers an American fare menu with a variety that is sure to please. Fantastic eats, quick service, and our professional on-time team will make your event even more memorable.

FOOD TRUCKS:
these two are interchangeable
#Marj - our truck that started it all in 2013 - began as a laundry truck and ended up being our dream
#Rosie - humble beginnings as a MPLS Park truck, she transformed into our workhorse making burgers and fries so delicious we ended up renovating #Marj to have a fryer as well.
MOBILE BAR:
#Thyme- built new for us from the frame up- #Thyme is both photogenic and functional a great add to any event!
Catering Assistant:
#Sage- although it would be fun to have a full fleet of food and beverage vehicles, Our good judgment told us it was time for a catering vehicle. We welcomed Sage to our fleet in 2022.
